In order to upload files and images to the Hovercontrol file/screenshot library you will need to be a registered member. All files are screened before being placed in the public portion of the library.

Be sure to use your Hovercontrol Forum username and currently registered email address.




Select the UPLOAD button to get to the upload screen.

The following upload screen is the FILE uploading option. You should provide both the file to upload as well as the JPG format image to use as the thumbnail. If you attempt to upload an unacceptable format or size of file or thumbnail the system will let you know.




By selecting the other tab you can submit an IMAGE upload. Where you will only need to supply the JPG image you are wanting to upload. The thumbnail will be created automatically from the image.




You should choose which uploading folder to place the File or Image into. Choose the uploading folder that is most appropriate for your particular upload.

After selecting UPLOAD MEDIA and the file/image has uploaded. You will be presented with additional options to enter the title of the upload, the description, and some other related information. Please take a moment to fill this information out carefully.

FOR SCREENSHOTS: Please give your screenshots a unique name. When screenshots are uploading with names like image1.jpg or screenshot003.jpg these often have already been used by someone else and creates extra work for our admins.
