Over the past few months, we have seen various requests for assistance from HC Instructor Pilots and while we filter through these requests, we, in most cases have to respond with questions back to the sender to sort out various requests.

To simplify this process and in return get faster responses from your Instructors, could you follow with these pointers.

a)  Which Time Zone do you reside in.
b)  Which Flight Sim are you running, ie FSX, FS9, X-Plane.
c)  Have you installed versions of FS Inn/FS Copilot
d)  Are you on Teamspeak
e)  What language do you normally communicate in.
f)  Have you gone through the documentation and understand
   the requirements.

Again, these are all the questions we usually have to sort out through the forums or PM's and all these take time and I would like to shorten the effort on both sides if we could come to some common ground and then we can respond in a very short order to try and assist each of your requests.

Our core Instructor Team consists of:

Den  - Located in USA (Eastern Time Zone)
Bats - Located in USA (Eastern Time Zone)
Paul  - Located in CAN (Eastern Time Zone)
Brad  - Located in USA (Pacific Time Zone)
Mark - Located in USA (Pacific Time Zone)
Rick  - Located in CAN (Pacific Time Zone)
Skye - Located in AUS (GMT + 10hrs)

Thanks Again for your cooperation

Paul Robinson

Deonha

Some of our Instructors are on a vacation period with Christmas being so close.  Our European Instructors especially in Sweden have been tied up for a while with PC issues.  I can try and help if you have questions that need some answers.

Paul

Hi Paul and other instructors.

I don't mind trying to organise some flying time with an instructor in North America, it would just mean a very early morning for me I think.
