Can anyone tell me how to save a screenshot in FSX Steam, and make a thumbnail pic for new textures I've painted?

What I usually do is go to aircraft selection,  find my aircraft and select it. Viewing it at the main screen, I usally rotate the aircraft how I want or let it turn on its own. When it is where I want it, I hit the "print screen" button on my keyboard. I open up paint, hit Ctrl v or paste it. I then, using the select tool, select the square of just the aircraft view, cut it, paste it in a new paint. I always crop it off and then save as a jpg.  It's not as much work as it sounds. but that should be easy enough.

I use a free program called fraps from www.fraps.com makes screenshots and video if you want too. Its an old program now but still works.

In FSX press S and A to go into different views use you mouse to move round the aircraft the use the screenshot key you set in fraps (I used #)

Then goto your fraps folder all your screenshots will be there. ready to edit in your photo editor. The resolution to save it is 256px X 128PX.
save it as Thumbnail.jpg

Hope that helps
