Well, my first guess would be you are pasting into the wrong folder.  Those dodosim folder should go into "fsx/simobjects/rotorcraft",   and not into "rotorcraft/bell206b"

Give that a try!

That was the first thing I tried after your first post, I tried it again and still nothing. Maybe I have a bigger problem here. I will try and install other repaints just to see if I can do it and there isn't a bigger issue with my software.

It looks to me like you haven't got the payware 206 Dodosim for FSX installed.

To check In your main FSX folder you should see a folder called sim objects in there another called rotorcraft and inside there you should find these folders
DodoSim_206_FSX_Floats
DodoSim_206_FSX_HighSkid
DodoSim_206_FSX_LowSkid
DodoSim_206_FSX_Utility

Have you got those?

Thanks, that's what I needed to know. I was assuming the repaint was for the default fsx bell 206. Now it all makes sense.

Great work, Sundog - thanks for sharing! Here's a 'snap' taken on the Kwazulu Mission:

No problems on installing - although I didn't opt for the new panel.

Cheers - Dai.

click on the pics to make them larger.

Hi. This is the Bell-Agusta 206b2 flown by fiskflyg in sweden. I have flown with this aircraft every year since I was born. Now I would appreciate if someone made a repaint of SE-HII. they have a bell 206b3 registered SE-HOM(looks exactly the same exept of the registration). on the front doors it stands www.fiskflyg.se, on the horisontal stabs "FARA"(swedish for danger) aswell on the tailboom.

PS: If you can tell, the reg number on the belly is backwards. I need to fix that.

Saw it in a photo. It was on a 206L. Figured the 206Bs had it too.  :;):

yeah I tested it :) was awesome and I really like it!
would you like to make some updates on it? just change the skid color to black and "fara" on the left side of the tailboom is the wrong way. The helicopters have two red rectangles, one on top of the engine compartment and one between the legs of the skids. You don't need to do if you don't have the time or something like that :)

here's some pics:

bad editing but you'll get the point, PS!!: the rectangle on the engine comp is behind the exhaust

you'll see the red rectangle under it

FARA being backwards is just me failing to look at the details!  :D  I'll get the mods done and sent your way shortly.
