I can't get it to leave the ground even though the blades are moving at full throttle. What am I missing?

Seems odd to me...I'm assuming you've read the manual and selected cold and dark in the panel and have started it manually using the checklist.

Are you trying to take off at very high altitude?
Have you tried clearing any high winds in weather (clear skies)?

The engines are already running . I've tried it at lower elevations.

I have found that my Saitek X52 throttle is running backward. When I pull back on the stick it starts to roll back. Pulling forward on the stick it rolls forward. Still unable to leave the ground. I'm not starting out at ' cold and dark. I first click on ' ready to fly' from the diagram.

I own it as well and a......quirk.....I've noticed is the hydraulics are off even When ready to fly us clicked. Is the collective moving freely in the VC? And your RPMs are up right? I was thinking perhaps a slider or dial is programmed to something inadvertently and is working against you.

The collective is not moving with my stick. Is there a switch that needs to be flipped to unlock it?

Double check the hydraulics. Even when I'm on ready to fly, on my pc at least, I have to make sure the hydraulics are on. I'll load it up shortly and try it out to see if I can replicate it.

Yes, I definitely had the same issue as usual. When I click 'ready to fly' and revert back to my overhead panel, everything is as it should accept the no 1 and no 2 hydraulic switches are not lit up, although depressed. The cyclic kind of just vibrates in the middle. I have to manually switch off the hydraulic buttons to their 'off position' and then re-depress them and I get the green lights. I have no idea why it does it on my PC and I haven't heard it anywhere else, but nonetheless that is the only issue I've ever had with the Cera 222.

I'm assuming you have the latest patch and that there isn't any issues with your joystick and calibration. Hopefully you are able to fly and enjoy it. It is certainly one of my favorite birds.

I noticed on the Cera Sim Website the 222 only works with FSX. I have FSX SE. That could be the problem right there.

I've been using the 222 in FSXSE for a while now.  No problems to report.
